Most Burning Man RV rentals hand you keys in a parking lot and wish you luck. This one shows up on the playa without you, and leaves without you.
Delivery
Towed to your camp
The trailer is on the playa and parked on your camp's footprint before you get there. You never tow anything, never back anything up, and never explain a fifth-wheel hitch to a Gate volunteer.
Setup
Leveled and ready
Dropped, leveled on jacks, stabilized, tanks and propane sorted, beds made. You open the door and move in.
Pickup
Gone after the burn
Leave when you want to leave. The trailer gets hauled off the playa after Exodus — no Sunday-morning scramble to break down a camp you're too tired to break down.
Cleaning
Not your problem
Every rental includes the post-event clean. Dust gets everywhere and dealing with it afterward is the job nobody wants. It's already in the price.
The price
$7,500for the full event
Delivery, setup, the generator, pickup after Exodus and the post-event clean are all inside that number. Not a nightly rate that quietly doubles once you add the tow, and no dust-removal charge waiting for you afterward.
$2,000 of that is a non-refundable deposit to hold the trailer for your dates. Everything beyond the deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before the delivery date — so if you never land a ticket, that's all you're out.

25 feet of proper fifth wheel, not a van with a mattress in it. Two enclosed sleeping rooms, a kitchen with an oven, and a bathroom with a door that shuts — which on day four of a dust storm is the whole ballgame.

Kitchen
Double-door refrigerator and freezer, three-burner gas range with a real oven, microwave, deep sink, and more cabinet space than most first apartments.

Flush toilet, vanity sink with a mirrored medicine cabinet, and a separate enclosed shower stall with a handheld sprayer. Your own door, your own shower, no line.
Living area
Windows on three sides, two fold-out sofas, a table to eat at, stereo, carpet underfoot. Somewhere to sit that isn't a camp chair in the sun.
Climate and power
Rooftop air conditioning for the afternoon, a propane furnace for the 4am cold, roof vent fans at both ends — and a generator that comes with the trailer to run all of it. That's the difference between an RV that has air conditioning and one where the air conditioning actually works.

Questions
Straight answers
Do I have to tow the RV to Burning Man myself?
No. Delivery is included in every rental. The fifth wheel is towed to Black Rock City, placed on your camp's footprint, leveled and set up before you arrive. You never touch a hitch.
Is pickup after Burning Man included?
Yes. Pickup after Exodus is included, and so is the post-event cleaning. You leave when you're ready to leave and the trailer is collected afterward.
How many beds are in the RV, and how many people does it sleep?
Four beds: a queen in the private front bedroom, two fold-out sofas in the living area, and a bunk bed in the curtained rear bunkhouse. How many people that comes to depends on who's sharing what — put your headcount on the inquiry form and I'll tell you straight whether it'll be comfortable or a squeeze.
Does it have a bathroom and a shower?
It does — a flush toilet, a vanity sink, and a separate enclosed shower stall with a handheld sprayer. Water and tank service can be arranged as part of your rental.
Does it have air conditioning, and how does it run out there?
Yes — rooftop air conditioning, plus a propane furnace for cold nights and roof vent fans at both ends. A generator comes with the rental to run it, along with the trailer's outlets and electronics, so you can charge e-bikes and phones too. Plenty of playa RV rentals have an air conditioner and no way to power it. This one arrives with both.
What does it cost?
$7,500 for the full event. That's a flat rate, not a nightly one, and it already includes towing the trailer to Black Rock City, setting it up on your camp, the generator that runs the air conditioning, collecting the trailer after Exodus and cleaning it afterward. There's no surprise dust-removal fee at the end. Extras like water service or an airport run are quoted separately — just ask.
What's the deposit, and can I cancel?
A $2,000 non-refundable deposit holds the trailer for your dates. Everything beyond that deposit is fully refundable if you cancel any time before the delivery date — so if your plans fall apart, or you never land a ticket, you're only ever out the deposit.
Is the generator included?
Yes. A generator comes with the trailer as part of the rental, sized to run the rooftop air conditioning, the trailer's electronics and outlets, and e-bike or phone charging. You don't need to source power from your camp or haul a generator up yourself.
Do I need to be in a theme camp?
No. Camp affiliation is optional on the inquiry form. If you're camping with a placed camp it helps with delivery logistics, but plenty of renters are open camping.
Can you bring anything besides the trailer?
Ask. Generators, water, shade structures, bikes, coolers, airport runs from Reno — if it can be hauled up from Reno, it's worth asking about. Put it in the notes on the inquiry form.
Where does the RV come from?
Reno, Nevada. It's stored, serviced and cleaned locally, then towed up through Gerlach to Black Rock City for the event.
